Yes, worst are those who use EB primarily for profit. Hasty to turn a quick profit, they hoard cheaper units with inferior specs hoping to profit from the en-bloc.
They sneer at unit replacement/ rental subsidy schemes that favor owners of only one home. Profit is their sole objective.
