Not for love of money, but of Humanity. "Greater is he who works for the good of all, then he who works for the good of himself only" ~ Matthew 25:40: "The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.'"- (NIV). I live in Singapore where the Emperor must not be disturbed.

All medical evidence shows that those with sedentary lifestyle (and smoking) related chronic medical conditions like diabetes, hypertension, obesity, high cholesterol, heart and kidney problems, stroke/ dementia, cancer, are at the highest risk of severe complications/ mortality from COVID-19 infections which would use up precious ICU / ventilator beds.

Selfish and irresponsible wastage of food by NTUC one cause of COVID-19 panic buying amongst Singaporeans.

PAP government neglegently omitted to consider that roads are a big cause of flooding because they are designed to quickly drain off surface water. This builds up into floods at low lying areas.

The consequence of insufficient cycling paths in Singapore is that diabetes rates will be out of control with serious repercussions on economy, transportation, quality of life in Singapore.

Diabetes rates are already very high in Singapore:

[Poor Health] Karma strikes ex-Health Minister Khaw Boon Wan hard.

He is a very money faced person and cares not for the poor.

As health minister, he turned healthcare in Singapore into a business as evidenced by his words:

“In three specialties alone, heart, eye and cancer, I see tens of millions of middle-class patients within a 7-hour flying radius, waiting to be served. If they can be attracted here, they will keep us all very busy." Khaw Boon Wan, October 2003.

ST: HDB carparks absurdly increase carbon emissions in Singapore.

ST: HDB carparks absurdly increase carbon emissions in Singapore.

Now with electronic parking, wouldn't HDB know how many reserved parking lots that they should be, thus no need to restrict certain parking lots to season ticket holders only. Also, with every intention to go car lite, shouldn't parking charges be increased so as to decrease the demand and usage of parking spaces. Shouldn't the price of season and hourly parking be increased so that there can at all times have some vacant capacity for parking for all, with season parking rates being determined by the hourly parking rate needed to curb usage. This is important to shift the population towards going car lite like using PMD, public transportation etc.

Medishield-life should not be a loophole for the rich to rob the poor.

Only fair that PAP gahmen compensate all BASIC medishield-life premiums by 60%; Integrated Medishield-life RIDERS are Antithetical to concept of Pre-funding.

The concept of any form of insurance is about insuring against the unpreventable and the catastrophic: i.e. the damage must NOT be self inflicted due to negligence like the lack of exercise resulting in a low muscle mass and accordingly a low basal metabolic rate resulting in high body fat % (meaning that all fat cells are already so saturated with fat that they cannot accommodate any more energy absorption in the form of glucose): resulting in insulin resistance and high blood glucose: aka T2 Diabetes Mellitus. The purpose of the insurance deductible and copayment are thus blunt/ minimal forms of controls upon the abuse of these restrictions/ liabilities that ALL members of the national healthcare insurance scheme must adhere to without exception (just like national service (NS) or obeying laws and rules such as returning one's library books before their due date arrives).

MOH should stop sponsoring the rich at the expense of the poor.

MOH should stop sponsoring the rich at the expense of the poor.

It is unjust for Ministry of Health (Singapore)(MOH) to be blindly subsidising medishield-life premiums REGARDLESS of whether a person has an integrated (upgraded/ enhanced) medishield-life healthcare insurance plan (+/- riders) because many integrated-life plan holders are actually/ relatively much more wealthy people who DO NOT DESERVE any medishield-life subsidies even if they satisfy the MOH sole 2 criteria towards their award: namely: low income and low annual value of residence address (the latter 2 criteria are easily faked by under-declaring one's salary scale and replacing one's residential address with a relative who stays in a cheaper/ smaller public housing unit).

Poor subsidise the rich in Singapore healthcare costs landscape:
Gahmen subsidises medishield-life premiums based upon residence type based on registered IC address, but many rich Singaporeans can circumvent this categorization by owning a private residence under either a relative's name or else a corporate registration ownership vehicle so that the gahmen has the WRONG idea how rich one is, being deceived by the IC address declared by the citizen.

Partnering Bike rental companies in War Against Diabetes and MRT train breakdowns.

Tax bike rental companies $30/bike/annum to operate due to the fact that they incur public infrastructure costs for provision of dockless public rental bike parking bays and more frequently require PUB and police assistance etc for theft, flooding etc when the public, annoyed by them cause obstruction by dumping them in canals resulting in PUB anti-flood operations and canal maintenance costs.

24-hours bus-bicycle lanes are necessary for optimal road infrastructure use and a more livable Singapore.

Issues:
1) Sedentary lifestyle results in diabetes because lack of exercise results in reduced metabolism, caloric excess state and thus glucose overload state aka diabetes. Diabetes is associated with blindness, kidney dialysis, amputations, stroke, heart disease which will attract stratospheric medical and nursing care cost upwards of S$66billion p.a. by 2030. http://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/health/elderly-health-costs-to-rise-tenfold-by-2030-report

Chronic lifestyle disease sufferers will have few future full-time job options.

"an ageing workforce and medical cost inflation in Singapore are projected to drive up average medical costs per employee by 108 per cent to S$1,973 per year in 2030, representing a mounting financial burden for employers.... ....What is worth noting is that 60 per cent of all medical claim costs will be attributable to 10 per cent of claimants, said Mercer..."
