Even if 10 grassroots leaders (under guidance of the PAP MP/ MP wannabe 'advisor to grassroots organisations' did the work, they will still screw up cos they all they only do is rubber-stamp job!!!??? Even blank cheque also 3 ppl rush to stamp stamp stamp with BOTH eyes closed (and dreaming about their next 3week pan-European holiday)....... Guess the only person in-charge was the welfare pay-cheque recipient who conveniently wrote "eight thousand dollars only" and "8000.00" in the blank space: and the transaction went through promptly until some PA staffer found out about it ~6 months down the road...
Even the person personally handing Mr Khoo (welfare recipient) didn't check if the correct amount was written for Mt Khoo's benefit and prudence in using state funds.
If it starts with blank cheques, I wonder where all this $ misappropriation/leakage nonsense ends...
