And like most loyal Singaporean, accept PAP as right, so I only say "Betrayal of the original intent of the GRC System of elections" - implying that at least, the original intent of GRC system might have been commendable, only that its implementation had at LATER time been hijacked so obtusely by PM Lee's over-zealousness towards "I'm going to spend all my time thinking what's the right way to fix them, to buy my supporters votes, how can I solve this week's problem and forget about next year's challenges?"(' PM Lee says countries worldwide respect and admire Singapore's proven system'[YouTube/@1m10s]) that the GRC system of elections is now more effective at 'reducing SMCs' (89.286%) as compared to its effectiveness at 'ensuring minority representation' (64.599%)-

The number is actually '6' FYI.
Anyway, PM Lee says that the number of 6memb GRCs should decrease in coming elections- 'GRCs to shrink, but they will stay' [ST, 28May2009].
