Also, with every intention to go car lite, shouldn't parking charges be increased so as to decrease the demand and usage of parking spaces. Shouldn't the price of season and hourly parking be increased so that there can at all times have some vacant capacity for parking for all, with season parking rates being determined by the hourly parking rate needed to curb usage. This is important to shift the population towards going car lite like using PMD, public transportation etc.
