but... but... but... arent hybrids more wasteful? consider the coversion from heat to electrical then to chemical and lastly mechanical, as opposed to heat directly to mechanical?
Not for love of money, but of Humanity. "Greater is he who works for the good of all, then he who works for the good of himself only" ~ Matthew 25:40: "The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.'"- (NIV). Hi all,
I am looking into a feasibility of conducting a cohort health study. Let say should one be sick (flu, cold and other infections), a trained nurse can go to a location of your choice to take a swab and maybe some blood from you for testing, for free of course.
The results of the test will be sent back to you online. A free health screening (cholesterol, blood sugar level etc) will be thrown in.

Firstly, there is scarce mention in the report about BCA getting the consent of the rest of the strata development residents wrt the 'split', whilst considering mainly only issues pertaining to the physical layout of the unit concerned.

PM, PA, MND, MHA, SLA: fixing the opposition at every step of the way?
Knew as much, when PM Lee threatened: "...I'm going to spend all my time thinking what's the right way to fix them, to buy my supporters votes, how can I solve this week's problem and forget about next year's challenges?.. " ('PM Lee says countries worldwide respect and admire Singapore's proven system': [CNA:03May2006][YouTube/@1m10s]) something was amiss, as it now turns out, what was declared was no simple premonition; indeed what has evidenced since amounts to a clear culpability amounting to admission of "fixing the opposition".

Does the PAP impose partisan loyalties amongst civil servants in its quest to 'fix the opposition'?
Although the website of the Public Service Division (PSD) PSD (Role)> Nurturing Talent> Progressive Policies [link][archive] states "Remaining completely neutral in all political matters and matters of public controversy" as part of the "principles of incorruptibility, integrity and propriety" that the civil service abides by, it remains doubtful if the PAP government really respects this rule/ distinction.

An annual 'Cohesion dividend' for all Singaporeans
In regard of the new Singapore government foreigner levy increase/ bonanza just round the corner: 'Foreign worker levies to increase, says MOM' [CNA, 21Feb2011], my approximate calculations detailed in 'Singapore government- the new slave trader on the block' [HWZ, 22Feb2011] approximate the amount for collection to be $5,259,240,000.
Singapore government plans $5.26B tax bonanza from new foreign worker levy rates.
Collecting from the Singapore economy approx $5.26B in foreign worker levies, I think that the Singapore government is planning for a grand government revenue bonanza next year.
Perhaps besides operating like a jack-pot machine to all Singaporeans, the Singapore government is now also venturing into slave trade too!

So what corporate taxes increases, will it bring down Income Taxes? 0.0 it doesn't work that way because corporate is corporate and income tax is income tax there is no link between both of them.Unless you are telling the government to make corporate pay more taxes so that the government will reduce income tax which is very unrealistic because they can just increase corporate taxes and income tax remain the same level.Which means a cut in your Pay |

it seems that politicians and soldiers got no loyalty
referrin to the upheaval in n.africa and middle east
at the first sign of troubles, politicians seek distance themselves from their leader.

... Contrary to Singaporeans’ claims that only PAP MPs can do better a job in government, this does not seem to support such wild claims. In fact if Singaporeans are right that there are no politicians other than those in PAP who can do a better job, then going by the efficiency and effectiveness of these Malay MPs clearly indicate Singapore is in serious trouble.
